Solid-State Dye Solar Cells: A New Range of Products

How about solid-state? For our customers considering Solid-State Dye Solar Cells, we are introducing a range of dedicated products. First, the organic dyes Sensidizer BA504 and Sensidizer BA741 with the additive Sodium Hydroxamate BA662. Second, the screen-printing titania paste Ti-Nanoxide BL/SP for the deposition of pinhole-free blocking layers. These products will allow our clients to make efficient photo-anodes for Solid-State DSCs.

New and Innovative Titania Pastes for Increased Performance

Ti-Nanoxide MC/SP, our latest formulation of screen-printing titania paste, forms hierarchical tubular macro-channels in the sintered layer. The resulting electrodes demonstrate a higher dye load thanks to an enhanced specific area. Furthermore, the tubular macro channels provide better electrolyte penetration, a desirable feature when using viscous or ionic liquid based electrolytes. Ti-Nanoxide MC/SP will provide a clear efficiency boost to your Dye Solar Cells.

Ti-Nanoxide BL/SP is another introduction to our titania paste product line, aimed at the deposition of a thin and dense, pinhole-free layer of titanium dioxide. Such a blocking-layer is especially suited for preparing efficient solid-state DSCs, or any other sort of electrode where charge recombination is of concern.

Improved Solvent-Free Electrolytes: Mosalyte TDE-250 and Mosalyte TDE-025

We have completely revamped our solvent-free electrolyte offerings in favor of the new Mosalyte TDE-250 and Mosalyte TDE-025. These new formulations allow us to reach unprecedented stability and long lifetimes, a breakthrough now available to all of our customers. Make sure to also try our new titania paste Ti-Nanoxide MC/SP, which produces macro-channeled TiO2 electrodes for better electrolyte penetration and higher dye uptake thanks to its increased internal surface.

Monolithic Dye Solar Cells, the Complete Set

More than 3 years ago we introduced our exclusive Elcocarb pastes for the preparation of carbon counter-electrodes in monolithic DSCs. We are now complementing these products with Zr-Nanoxide Z/SP, a zirconia paste for the printing of insulating layers in monolithic electrode stacks. Together with our Ti-Nanoxide printable titania pastes, Zr-Nanoxide and Elcocarb products make a perfect toolbox for working on monolithic Dye Solar Cells.
