Meltonix products are a range of hot-melt sealing films available in different thicknesses with an optional protection foil. Sealing Dye Solar Cell electrodes together with gaskets cut from these films will ensure a perfect confinement of the electrolyte. The films are made from a remarkable polymer material that exhibit excellent chemical compatibility with the other components of Dye Solar Cells.
Our LASER Cutting Service is a convenient way to obtain pre-cut sealing gaskets in a repetitive way. Our equipment can be programmed to cut out patterns within a 35 x 35 cm area. From prototyping to production our LASER Cutting Service can accommodate all of your needs.
