TCO Coating Service Transparent & Conductive Oxide
The fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) transparent and conductive coating can be applied on customer substrates like ceramics or very thin glasses (< 0.3 mm). Please note that the substrate has to resist to 450 °C for a proper SnO2:F deposition.
Other surface conductivities are possible upon request from 5 to 200 ohm/square on aluminoborosilicate, quartz or sodalime glass. Both faces can be coated as well. This coating is also possible on curved surfaces such as domes, and hollow bodies such as cylinders.
Conductive tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) coatings are available too. The substrate has to resist to at least 320 °C for a proper In2O3:SnO2 deposition.
