Ti-Nanoxide T/SC series Spin Coating Processable Transparent Titanium Dioxide
Ti-Nanoxide T/SC is a paste containing ~3 % wt. of nanocrystalline titanium dioxide. This paste is specially well suited for Dye Solar Cell photoelectrodes.
Recommended for spin coating. Typical processing at 3000 rpm for 60 s gives a 150 nm thick TiO2 layer after sintering. The sintering of this paste requires ~450 °C for 10 min, the obtained sintered layer is transparent.
Ti-Nanoxide T/SC series is divided in 3 versions upon particule sizes:
- ∅ 13 nm, Ti-Nanoxide T/SC (casual size)
- ∅ 20 nm, Ti-Nanoxide T20/SC
- ∅ 37 nm, Ti-Nanoxide T37/SC
