Ti-Nanoxide T-L/SC Low Temperature Spin Coating Processable
Transparent Titanium Dioxide
Ti-Nanoxide T-L/SC is an acidic colloidal paste in a mostly alcoholic vehicle. It contains about 3 % wt. nanocrystalline titanium dioxide. This paste is well suited for spin coating heat sensitive substrates, such as polymers.
Recommended for spin coating. Typical processing at 3000 rpm for 60 s gives a 150 nm thick TiO2 layer after sintering. The sintering of this paste can be done starting at 120 °C, the obtained sintered layer is transparent.
