Ti-Nanoxide HT/SC series Spin Coating Processable Highly Transparent Titanium Dioxide
Ti-Nanoxide HT/SC is a paste containing ~3 % wt. of nanocrystalline titanium dioxide. This paste is specially well suited for Dye Solar Cell photoelectrodes.
Recommended for spin coating. Typical processing at 3000 rpm for 60 s gives a 150 nm thick TiO2 layer after sintering. The sintering of this paste requires ~450 °C for 10 min, the obtained sintered layer is highly transparent.
