Ti-Nanoxide D/SC series Spin Coating Processable Opaque Titanium Dioxide

Ti-Nanoxide D/SP is a paste containing ~3 % wt. of nanocrystalline titanium dioxide mixed with optically dispersing anatase particles. This paste is specially well suited for Dye Solar Cell photoelectrodes.

Recommended for spin coating. Typical processing at 3000 rpm for 60 s gives a 150 nm thick TiO2 layer after sintering. The sintering of this paste requires ~450 °C for 10 min, the obtained sintered layer is diffusing and opaque white.
