Meltonix 1170-100 SeriesHot Melt Sealing Foil
Meltonix 1170-100 is a 100 microns thick thermoplast hot-melt sealing foil. Sealing occurs when heated to about 100 °C for a few seconds, e.g. using a vacuum laminator, a hot-press or a soldering iron for small surfaces. Typically, gaskets or strips are cut-out and arranged onto the electrode substrate prior hot lamination.
Meltonix 1170-100 can be ordered with a protective foil on one side under the designation Meltonix 1170-100PF.
