Ti-Nanoxide T/SP series Screen Printing Processable Transparent Titanium Dioxide
Ti-Nanoxide T/SP is a paste containing ~18 % wt. of nanocrystalline titanium dioxide. This paste is specially well suited for Dye Solar Cell photoelectrodes.
Recommended for eithier doctor-blade (squeegee) printing or screen printing using a polyester mesh. A ~4 micron thick layer of highly porous anatase nanocrystals is obtained with a 61 mesh/cm screen after firing at 450 °C for 30 minutes. The obtained sintered layer is transparent.
Ti-Nanoxide T/SP series is divided in 3 versions upon particule sizes:
- ∅ 13 nm, Ti-Nanoxide T/SP (casual size)
- ∅ 20 nm, Ti-Nanoxide T20/SP
- ∅ 37 nm, Ti-Nanoxide T37/SP
