Ti-Nanoxide R/SP Screen Printing Processable Reflective Titanium Dioxide
Ti-Nanoxide R/SP is a paste containing ~18 % wt. of optically dispersing anatase particles. This paste is specially well suited for Dye Solar Cell photoelectrodes where a reflective layer is required.
Recommended for eithier doctor-blade (squeegee) printing or screen printing using a polyester mesh. A ~4 micron thick layer of highly porous anatase crystals is obtained with a 61 mesh/cm screen after firing at 450 °C for 30 minutes. The obtained sintered layer is diffusing.
