Ti-Nanoxide HT/SP Screen Printing Processable Highly Transparent Titanium Dioxide
Ti-Nanoxide HT/SP is a paste containing ~18 % wt. of nanocrystalline titanium dioxide. This paste is specially well suited for Dye Solar Cell photoelectrodes.
Recommended for eithier doctor-blade (squeegee) printing or screen printing using a polyester mesh. A ~4 micron thick layer of highly porous anatase nanocrystals is obtained with a 61 mesh/cm screen after firing at 450 °C for 30 minutes. The obtained sintered layer is highly transparent.
