How to Order
To order products from us, please send an e-mail or a fax indicating types and quantities of goods. We can make a quotation for the desired products including shipping fees. Typical shipping fee is about 95 Swiss Francs (CHF).
We ship the products together with the invoice, payable within 30 days. Invoices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), if not otherwise required. The payment can be done with a wire transfer (information on the invoice), via cashier cheque or, if nothing else works, with the VISA card or MasterCard.
Most of the products are in stock and are shipped within 2 to 3 opening days. If not in stock, estimated shipping time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the quantity and type of product.
